Berlin, November 2025 – Capiton is pleased to announce that Fritjof Franz has been appointed Managing Partner, joining the existing Managing Partner group Christoph Karbenk, Gerwin Theiler and Frank-Markus Winkler. This appointment marks another important milestone in Capiton’s long-term succession planning. Fritjof has been an integral part of capiton since 2018, playing a key role as Deal Partner and in setting up the firm’s Healthcare Practice. Over the years, he has made significant contributions to Capiton’s growth and success, particularly through his leadership in several transactions within Capiton’s latest fund VI.
