This would result in significant potential for synergies, in particular with regard to (i) scale advantages in purchasing, (ii) sale synergies and (iii) value chain integration. Since then, Capiton has made eight complementary acquisitions across Europe, and has integrated them into one group under the \u201aSchur Flexibles\u2018\u00a0brand.\u00a0Schur Flexibles\u00a0is today among the top 10 flexible packaging players in Europe. The corporate group operates 11 production sites in seven European countries and employs around 1,300 people.
