• Deep insight and practical experience of the private equity industry. Including direct access to senior management.
• 1:1 mentoring: working closely with one of our experienced colleagues throughout the internship to ensure a steep learning curve.
• Independent project work in a motivated and collegial team with flat hierarchies.
• The prospect of being offered a student trainee position upon successful completion of the internship.

• Bachelor’s (min. 2nd semester) or Master’s degree from a university/college with above-average grades
• Degree in business administration/affinity for business topics (corporate finance, auditing, M&A and financing, accounting, controlling)
• Knowledge of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow analysis as well as corporate reporting
• Fluent in German and English
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good analytical skills Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
