Überblick
The automotive supplier, based in Kriftel near Frankfurt, enjoyed a large share of the European market for shift system components for mechanical and semi-automatic gearboxes and for seat mechanisms. The automotive industry crisis brought the company into difficulties. After a change in management and ultimately successful restructuring, the two business units were sold separately.
