KM PACKAGING GmbH was formed in July 2008 through the merger of the family-owned companies Kutterer Kunststofftechnik GmbH and Mauer AG. The Group operates today six manufacturing plants in Germany, Austria, Poland and the USA.In 2024 Capiton sold its stake succesfully.
