The Hamm Reno Group (HR Group), which has its headquarters in Osnabrück, Germany, is the second-largest bricks-and-mortar shoe retailer in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

It also has other retail outlets in Central and Eastern Europe and Benelux. With net sales of more than €500 million, the HR Group is one of Europe’s leading shoe retailers. The group combines two business models: a traditional shoe retail business with around 500 stores under the RENO brand, and a wholesale arm serving more than 1,800 retail outlets in 12 European countries.
The company operates a uniquely structured wholesale system operation. Capiton joined with industry experts to invest in the company in 2016.
