CymbiQ was established as a buy and build platform and is built around the three business lines Consulting, System Integration, and Managed Services. The business lines provide cyber security services ranging from initial advisory and consulting, to the implementation of the required infrastructure, and monitoring of the systems in place.
CymbiQ Group was established to address the growing demand for integrated cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions.

- Establishment of a buy and build platform with the aim to consolidate the fragmented European cyber security market and create a significant player in the DACH region
