With deep expertise in miniaturization, cleanroom manufacturing, and an innovative portfolio of niche technologies, AEMtec serves demanding clients in semiconductor, industrial automation, and medical technology end-markets. In 2024, AEMtec successfully acquired the wafer testing provider Aspect Systems in Dresden. In addition to its headquarters in Berlin, AEMtec operates two other state-of-the-art facilities in Europe and the USA.
AEMtec was acquired as part of a management buyout to support the company’s international expansion and drive both organic and inorganic growth.
