March 2026 – CymbiQ Group, a portfolio company of capiton V, has completed the sale of Anovis to x-tention. With this transaction, all operating entities of CymbiQ Group have been divested successfully. Anovis becomes part of the x-tention Group, a leading provider of IT solutions and services in the healthcare and enterprise sectors.
